Crème Brûlée

Ingredients
1 pint cream
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
saffron
cardamom
cinnemon
4 cloves

Infusion
Bring to boil 1/2 pint cream and saffron, set aside.
Bring to boil 1/2 pint cream, cardamom, cinnemon
